We have regular meetings in General Practice with our district nursing colleagues, Occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social workers and other important teams to co-ordinate care in our community for our older population.

This year Good Friday will be Friday 29th March, 2024 and Easter Monday will be Monday 1st April, 2024. Our surgeries will be closed on these dates.
