In the light of the current Coronavirus outbreak (Covid-19) and as a precautionary measure as of March 16th 2020 and until further notice we have changed our current appointment system within our cluster.

All future appointments will now be triaged by a GP via telephone consultation. If the GP feels you need to be seen then you will be invited into the surgery, thus avoiding any unnecessary contact.

Staff are in the process of contacting patients who already have appointments booked with a view to cancelling non-urgent appointments or giving a telephone consultation if required. Routine bloods and Healthcare appointments  will be cancelled until further notice.

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered using your My Health Online account – we have suspended the online appointment booking service until further notice. If you have not registered for My Health Online please call the surgery if you wish to register. Alternatively you can ask your nominated pharmacy to order your prescriptions on your behalf or drop your repeat into the letter box at the rear of the surgery.

We are also temporarily accepting telephone requests. You may call your surgery between 2-4pm to order your repeat prescription. Please keep these times in mind to minimise disruption.

We hope you will see this as a positive step on our behalf to minimise any risk to the community and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this very difficult and uncertain time.

Many thanks
